  • While I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds, my specialty is working with people socialized as women under evangelicalism and purity culture. I work with folks in all stages of relationship (single, dating, married, monogamous, nonmonogamous, etc. etc.) but I do not offer couples coaching at this time. Partners are welcome to join sessions on a case by case basis.

  • Outside of my coaching practice, I am a board certified clinical chaplain. Chaplains have specialized training to provide spiritual and emotional support for people who are suffering. As a chaplain, I have a unique combination of skills to support you in your deconstruction and healing from purity culture. I have my own beliefs (after deconstructing evagelicalism, I now identify as agnostic) but I will never push you to believe anything. I’m here to support your beliefs as they are.

  • Short answer: No.
    Slightly longer answer: Fuck no.
Nuanced answer: I was at one time but I now conduct my spiritual care from the position of humanism and agnosticism with some witchy rituals and complete awe of nature thrown in.

  • No. While coaching includes therapeutic elements, I am not a therapist. Occasionally, things may arise in our work that needs to be addressed with a mental health professional. If this happens, we’ll work together to find a therapist that will support the work we’ve done together.

  • 100 percent, emphatically, unequivocally, joyfully, YES. Part of my deconstruction and exploration has included exploring my own queerness and gender fluidity. I am honored to support others in the same.

  • My goal is to make this work accessible, regardless of how end-stage capitalism is working for you. My current rates are $120 per 50-minute session but I have a sliding scale available. If you want to work with me but are concerned about cost, reach out.

    Capitalism sucks.
